Welcome to our new website with a brand new learning environment for online courses, making your continuing education more accessible, convenient, interactive and fun.

All of our courses are now mobile friendly and tablet compatible. You can register for and take our online courses from any device.

As one of the first continuing education programs for teachers to launch online course offerings in the early 1990's, we are proud of our continual evolution and are very excited to present the launch of our new website. This new website showcases our committment to helping teachers get the most out of their continuing education by providing a personalized, collaborative experience.

Current learners will log into their student space and see all of their current courses, be able to add courses they are interested in to a wishlist, and view their completed courses. They can also easily print a Certificate of Course Completions directly from their student space to show a list of all courses successfully completed through The Heritage Institute.

New features in our online courses include a "Share" feature where discussions can take place between teachers who are registered for the same course as well as a Forum where some assignment responses are posted for intentional reflection and feedback among teachers. Additionally, there is a Lesson Plan Library that will become a great resource as teachers like you contribute and help it grow.

Teachers taking a course collaboratively who register for a Group Collaboration will also enjoy their own private Forum where they can post assignments and work in the same space.

Your instructors, who have always loved communicating with you, can now communicate with you more easily within the system. You and your instructor will enjoy seeing a list of recent activity immediately when you log in and be able to read and reply to messages.
